Orders & Shopping
Browse our categories, add items to your cart, and proceed to secure checkout. We accept multiple payment options for your convenience, including cards, UPI and net banking.
Orders can be cancelled or modified before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we ship pan-India. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier partner serving your area.
Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor your shipment in real time.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged or incorrect item, and our team will arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns & Product Safety
We accept returns for unopened, unused, and undamaged products within a specified period. Hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible for return. Please refer to our Return Policy page for full details.
Our products are carefully formulated to suit different skin types. We recommend checking individual product labels and doing a patch test before full use, especially for sensitive skin.
Our pet care products are formulated to be safe and effective for most breeds. Always check specific usage instructions on the label for best results.
Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Each product carries a manufacturing and best-before date on its packaging — please check this before use.

Our 55,000 sq ft production unit is GMP-compliant, ISO 22716 certified and FDA registered, with vegan-certified formulation lines available across our product categories.
Yes — choose from our packaging design templates or supply your own artwork. Our in-house design team can also build packaging and logo design from scratch if you don’t have this in place.
